Lamentável a mudança de posição da AGU na analise de constitucionalidade do MCI. O órgão vinha defendendo a interpretação conforme mas agora decidiu apontar a inconstitucionalidade do texto em função de possíveis danos a democracia e alegando uma imunidade inexistente.
