When Isabel & Dulcie came out of the works they had been painted up in NWR colours! Both looked very smart. The driver would go into their little cabs & control Oliver using levers under the coaches. They would ring their bell's to tell Oliver what to do & all three worked well. #ttte #trainz

There was a brakevan in the yard that had taken a dislike to Douglas. Things always went wrong when he had to take it out... #ttte #trainz

While passengers were all good & well the backbone of the Fat Controllers railway was fright. This was where the engines were really in constant competition with the roads. #ttte

Arthur was a gentle soul & while he loved his time with the fish run it was sometimes nice to pull coaches again too. He was very gentle with the fish vans & carried that same care to his coaches. They were very impressed & sung his praises loudly as they sprinted down the line. #ttte #trainz

Gator enjoyed his time on sodor. It was a lot more relaxing then his work back home but he enjoyed still feeling really useful. #ttte

After Daisy had moved to the Harwick line she found herself more full then ever! Lots of passengers wanted to travel between the seaside village & the big station. She struggled on all season before the Fat Controller awarded her a second compartment to make her a proper DMU! #ttte

Ballast is a very important part of any railway. Because of this the Sodor Railway Repair was always busy checking the sleepers to make sure the ballast was in its proper place & safe for the engines to ride on. This could cause delays but the engines knew it was for their safety #ttte

The Refreshment Lady loved her mobile Tea shop. Whenever she wished to move on she would flag down a nearby engine who would gladly take her down the line to the next siding. The passengers loved it too as many stations on the line had nowhere to buy food & drink! #ttte

Gordon felt miserable. The day had started well but by the time he had gotten to Barrow-In-Furness he had developted a fault. An engine from the Other railway had to take him & his train home. He thought it was a great joke. "Never thought you Sodor engines would need our help!" #ttte

The Fat director stood infront of the newly bricked up tunnel. "Now we shall leave you there for always, and always, and always" but his words fell on deaf ears as no one but a nearby worker could hear him... #ttte

The post train is one of the most important trains, it must get through, regardless of weather. Percy normally took it but sometimes when there was too much for him to handle Thomas would be called upon to help. Normally he didn't mind but he hated running at night in the mist. #ttte #trainz

As Thomas awoke the world was on its side... as he came to his senses panic set in! "Bust my buffers! Help!" Thomas called as he smelt the smoke! Little did he know help was not far away... #ttte #trainz

Edward always loved helping out on the mainline, it allowed him to see all his friends on Thomas' branchline. One day however Daisy was in a right state. "That silly balloonist! He flys much too low & seems to enjoy making us jump!" she complained. Edward had to agree. #ttte #trainz

As the summer months rolled back around the engines were starting to struggle. The fat controller promised them he would find help & soon he brought back a farmilar face. With a fresh engine & a somewhat better attatude, lorry 3 began helping with the good work.

Old slow coach would often remember the glory days when she and her sisters would run up and down the line. They were very luxurious coaches and the passengers all seem to love them. #ttte #trainz

Toby wasn't one to be spookied easily. As much as he enjoyed Halloween he knew it was all make believe. However when the points jammed and he had to stay at the scrapyards overnight the fog began to play tricks on him... #ttte #trainz

Gordon had broken down so Pip & Emma, the mainland express, were allowed to run through to Tidmouth. They had never been on Sodor before & Pip was enjoying herself. Emma however felt sad. "I wish we could run here more often" Little did she know what the future would bring... #ttte #trainz

As Rusty was doing maintenance work it happened. With a couth & a splutter the little diesel stopped. Black smoke bellowed from Rusty's engine & nothing the driver did would fix it. "The only comfort is you stopped by the block post, we can phone for help" he told Rusty. #ttte #trainz

When the Thin Controller heard about the Talyllyn Railway celebrating its link to Sodor by painting a coach in blue he decided to return the favour! Ada was painted in a stunning red. Even Sir Handel was happy. He was too busy posing for photos to complain about "cattle trucks"

When Skarloey broke down he was moved to a shed out of the way & Rheneas was left to run the line alone. The coaches tried to cheer him up but with less & less passengers Rheneas felt the burden of reasonability deeply. Non the less he continued on for Skarloey & the passengers. #ttte #trainz

Ada, Jane & Mabel had gone to the works. Their boards were rotting & they were quite out of date. When they came back with their new roofs & panels Skarloey was waiting for them. "Come along dears, we are to take a special train!" They were most excited! #ttte #trainz

The other engines often teased Henry for his love of the forest but he didn't care as he knew they got it wrong. It wasn't the trees he was fond of but the wildlife that lived around them. He would often take the local trains as they allowed him to see see the animals. #ttte #trainz

Flying Scotsman was getting old & he found the mainline events starting to take their toll. "Its alright" said the owner kindly "A diesel can take you between events to let you rest your wheels" At first he wasn't sure about the idea but soon found himself sleeping soundly. #ttte

As Edward ran ahead with the train Locke stayed at the back, as brakevans often do, and kept an eye on the trucks as they trundled down the mainline. If ever one tried to play a trick he's ring out his little bell & Edward would promptly bump them to make them settle down.
