I finally deleted Twitter from my phone. I rarely opened it but seeing a story of people literally celebrating a trans teens death there was enough that I never want anything related to it. I set my account there to protected so they can find the link to here but I should just delete it outright…

Just got my corrected passport back today, two days before the "orange overlord" takes over and makes it far more difficult or impossible for us trans people and non-binary people to have a correct passport (or correct ID in states that don't allow you to change your gender). Cut it very close there

Today while I was leaving my sisters place after visiting for Thanksgiving, my sister told her kids "Say goodbye to aunt (RL name)". It's simple but it gave me so much gender euphoria ^-^. Its the first time anyone in my family has called me that and not my deadname or the wrong gender.

I do not respect people who do not respect me as a trans person. You don’t get to demand respect from me then act shocked when I don’t when you treat me like a non-human. I’ve spent so much energy giving empathy that is never returned & it’s frankly killing me. I demand respect as a full person.

I was at Cincinnati Pride today and saw several furries for a group here called Flap-N-Yap (@flap-n-yap.bsky.social). I did a minor change to the spelling of my sona's name. I changed it from Keilo to Kielo (mainly just shifting the position of the E). Mainly as Kielo is more feminine and some suggest Keilo is a more masc spelling. Still pronounced the same way ^-^;

My birthday is a week from now (the 11th) 0-0. Though I'm inching ever closer to 40 so not looking forward to that .-.

I was sent a link to this cute TikTok and this stood out because of how true it is for me 0-0. I am a gentle person who likes to be friends with others but is also quite shy and likes to be alone allot. I guess being a fox is a truly a good fit of fursona for me ^-^;

(Repost) Keilo's name was originally a play on Tails' first name and it just stuck and when I came out as non-binary, I made gender neutral. It's also a play on the fact that Keilo was born as a macro. The last name came from the 2000s era of Second Life when you had to choose it from a list.
