Attended a presentation on the Potomac Overlook (Key Bridge Marriott) site yesterday. Some notes: Proposing to keep the pedestrian bridge and replace the ramp with an elevator 🫠 There's a path around the perimeter connecting to Custis Trail and Key Bridge / Ft Myer Dr🚶‍♂️🚲 No plans for gondola 🚡

The PBLs on Wilson Blvd and Clarendon Blvd between Rosslyn and Clarendon are in pretty good shape at this point. The segment from Rhodes to Troy on Wilson is blocked by a pile of snow but otherwise just watch out for scattered chunks of snow that have fallen back into the bike lanes.

Great to see the committee pushing this issue. Many sidewalks and curb ramps were not touched for weeks after the snowfall in early January. I cleared several curb ramps around Rosslyn/Courthouse but some could not really be shoveled after plows had been through.

The 15th Street S / S Clark-Bell Street Realignment construction is underway! This will create a signalized 4-way intersection, add a path from 12th-18th St S, and improve bike facilities on 15th towards Crystal Dr. The 12 St S end will connect to Army Navy Dr and the future Long Bridge Drive path.
