To **All** utilities:- Standing charges, line rental etc should cover ***ALL*** infrastructure improvements. We should NOT repeat NOT pay for all of the improvements to solve years of neglect and dire lack of planning.

Back from a lovely trip to Lyon. Very impressed with their transport (TCL) system. I registered my debit card on the website to track my trips. €2.10 fare and worked out at £1.85 for a one hour trip that covers any Bus, Tram, Metro in the Zone 1-2 area.

@hastingsdiesels.co.uk .. I was at the @bluebell railway today helping out with our unit. We even became a fire train as we assisted putting out a smouldering fire on the Imberhorn Viaduct .. We think some ash from the steam services got into a wooden sleeper.
