I'm almost finished with my family's Norfolk County ham. It's been slowly baking for six hours, and I just cranked the heat up for the homemade glaze. Normally, it would go for at least eight, and my mom yelled at me at 1:30 when I told her it wasn't on yet.

I got lightly shaded sunglasses to reduce glare because the clear "anti-glare" glasses are crap ... but the sunglasses are too dark. Now I see why our parents were weird about going out at night.

If you're wondering how today's UVA news ended up well...how it's currently unfolding, it all started with one letter. Then it became two...that led to a myriad of other letters being released. This piece just focuses on two letters: the initial Spanberger one, along with Youngkin's response.

Former UVA President Jim Ryan and Rector Rachel Sheridan shared conflicting stories this week, in two different letters. Ryan's 12-page letter also includes his concerns about UVA attorneys' decision to delay the release of information related to federal investigations to officials.
