Seriously, my annual visit to Dollar Tree was so depressing with my finding something cool then putting it back because it was $7.

My fave vampire romance series and a huge inspiration for me to write my own. I still remember working a snow removal job in a business complex and seeing the poster for the movie Twilight, getting excited assuming it was a movie of one of these books, & being SO let down when I found out it wasn't.

The publishing world is actually quite small and shrinking. People know other people and they gossip. If you show your ass communicating with X person, the whole alphabet will eventually hear about it. Keep your ass tucked in. Researching is helpful. #writingcommunity #booksky #professionalism

For #BisexualVisibilityDay, here are two of my novels that feature bisexual disasters. I'm pretty sure more of my vampires, luminites, and faelin are also bi, but these are the two where the characters flat out say they are in the text. Both find HEAs with the opposite sex, but they are still bi.

We went to a family reunion and my great aunt got this nice pic of Kent, Micah, and me.

But they argue that is "bad prompt" and "generative AI is trustful" and both argument are not compatible. If I need to "correctly" prompt, I can't trust AI. If I need to previously know everything about what I'm asking, I don't need to ask.

Asking for an author’s book at a library is a wonderful thing to do. The library buys the book, maybe even multiple copies, which really does help authors. A simple request can spread a lot of good around. Also I just love libraries and I’m always happy when someone checks out one of my books. 📚

Great review of The Long Walk for those of us who saw it. I ended up writing a mini-essay of a comment, but I really need to get around to writing my own review.

OMG, THE LONG WALK WAS SOOO GOOOD!!! Plus, I had the theater put me down as a buyer for the poster when it's done running. I won't spoil the film, but the book has a type of ambiguous-ish ending that I'd wondered how they'd handle on the screen, and I honestly liked the way they ended it. #horrorsky
