God using my minidisc is so much better whenever I want to listen to music anywhere that isn't at my pc. Tbh I could use it then too but I mostly listen to video essays or my casual binge shows (total drama, only murders in the building) in the background of whatever I'm doing on my pc.

Slept for 10 and a half hours... I feel like shit but hey at least I'm not tired

The theme I'm focusing on is one of identity. What makes a person who they are. But in the context of a danganronpa that theme also extends due to the circumstances. Not just "who are you?", but also "who are you in the face of an almost inevitable demise".

Ever have an idea for a character that sits in your head for a while but ultimately nothing happens with it and then months/years later you're working on a project and struggling with ideas for the antagonist and then you remember it. And it fits the themes of the story you're writing really well.

Pixel People!!! I made the gang in the danganronpa pixel art style, and am working on the rest of the characters (those ocs whom currently reside in tomodachi life only)

It's oc time, gonna do a quick runthrough which, let's face it, won't be quick at all. We've got 16 ocs to get through, starting off with the 4 hs ocs I've already introduced a while back. Oh and some of them are in pyjamas because they were asleep when I took the photos.

I want to post here, but I generally post here when I don't have anything to do, and I've been picking up some old hobbies and cultivating new ones a lot more over the past couple weeks so I'm almost always doing something that I want to be doing. Nevertheless expect oc posting today new and old.

I have now designed a full 16 ocs! Slight problem though. One of them is just Giovanni. From pokemon. He looks like Giovanni he is just Giovanni. I don't think this can even be counted as something subconcious I even fuckin named the guy Giovanni like come on I have 15 ocs and a pokemon character

Sometimes I forget how much Undertale changed the trajectory of my life. There are many games and shows that I love more than Undertale but Undertale was not only the first thing that has had a personal major influence on me, but it also has had an actual tangible effect on my life.

Words cannot describe how much focus I am dedicating to this specific piece of character art.

After removing my bed (which we discovered was held together by staples, explains a lot) me, my family and my sister's friend are now on a quest to fit the sofa up the stairs so that I don't sleep on a mattress on the floor. At times like these I ask myself. Why can't we do anything normally?

I feel like each of the casts of the danganronpa games feels like it functions in a different way (this won't contain any specific spoilers for the games, just things that happen daily/often in them)

Starting Danganronpa V3 today! I'm kinda expecting to enjoy this more than the first time I played it. I don't think I'll prefer it to 2 (finished today) but I'm hopeful that I will enjoy it!

Today I learned an important lesson. Never to try to imitate the official homestuck sprites in my art. I usually try to match the style of whatever I'm drawing as much as I can. Nope. Not doing that again with homestuck. Screw you Karkat Fantas I hate your outfit and what it has done to me.

Today I made sure that I remembered to take my lineart pen with me. I have everything I need! Except my sketchbook I left that at home... :(

Finished this little drawing of my ponytown pony of Maddie Hatter from Ever After High!!! Had a really good time with this one.

Ideally I would've drawn something better or also drawn Saliah, Knaure, Lamnia and Batman (maybe some dancestors too) but my back and shoulder are hurting and I don't think I can tough it out, happy trans visibility day gang

Do I have a pencil? Yes Do I have a rubber/eraser? Yes Do I have colouring pencils? Yes Do I have the pen I use for my lineart? The one thing I need right now to finish my art? No. Of course not. It would be foolish to think I would take that with me. Like I do every other day.

Who would win in my personal tastes? A case with some of the best character writing I've seem, a really enjoyable antagonist and a great mystery or one autistic teenager and his pet hamsters. The answer is clear.

Finished the demo of the new Tomodachi Life. The grim reaper was chasing Owen around and tbh that feels fairly accurate.

In Murder Mystery games there are two things I like to bear in mind 1) Chekhov's watch: If a character carries a watch or clock and anyone draws attention to it, it will be used to determine that character's time of death. 2) The doctor is guilty until proven innocent

Today is the day! I will get stuff done! Finish Chapter 3 of SDR2 yesterday so now moving on to some of the best chapters in the main games. I also have some art pieces I can finish today too!

I don't know what it is with mostly linear games that I love but it's like a 50/50 shot on whether I enjoy replaying them significantly and I still haven't figured out what the difference is between the two. Why does this apply to some and not others.
