One of my PCs is so old the CMOS battery died and needed replacing. Turns out I need a CR2032 battery - which I _always_ have spares of ready to go.

But the bullet and replaced my thermostats with smart ones. First one was an impulse purchase. Didn’t realise it was the older model until I got the first one working and went to get the rest, only to find Amazon stopped selling them. Worked out in the end as I found some on eBay for cheaper 😃

The right side of my ZSA Voyager has had a dodgy connection for over a year. Turns out it’s a known problem with the TRRS port: blog.zsa.io/robins-repai... Opened mine up and yup, one solder joint needs a minor repair.

Impressed how Pokémon is still a big deal. I have no idea what the new ones are beyond the first games and original anime. Pretty sure my kids know more about the franchise than I ever did.

Installed Omarchy on my main desktop. Initial impressions: really snappy, looks great, and is quick to learn.

Looking for a contractor that can help out with content moderation on the new Svelte Society website. It will mostly involve migrating old content and making sure submissions are accepted in a timely fashion. Would be perfect for a student or someone that is Sveltecurious and learning web dev.
