alright, one nice thing about the Legends remake: the voice acting isn't too bad. I like that David Gasman and Billy West are back as Rayman and Murfy. Only real voice I don't f*ck with is Globox

RIP Tom Kane So many great performances but Professor Utonium is the best of the best to me. The punchline to this scene has been a part of my lexicon for ages.

Like I understand the intent, but the new designs are so far removed from the look of those puppets and what makes them appealing, which is the fact they're still stylized while having a real world material flair. These don't do a good job at replicating that and are just kind of offputting imo

Super Mario Titans looks amazing

The irony is there was no reason to recast most of the OG VAs. They were readily available for 64 3D, Zero SSBU and even the Starlink SF content. Hell, they have perfectly good recasts for Peppy and Wolf with Jaz Adams and Jay Ward, so the decision to recast again feels even more pointless.
