I make an omelette with sujuk, a type of Turkish sausage, whenever I miss Istanbul. There, they usually serve eggs and sausage separately, but I cook them together, just like my grandma used to.

I love traveling across time zones. I took off from Madrid at 6pm and landed in Lisbon at 6pm. No time lost! If I ever decide to live forever, I’ll keep moving from east to west, aiming to stay at the same hour. That should stop time, right?

Just finished GRIS from Nomada Studio. And it was just WOW! Whole my life I was so annoyed by video games where I constantly die and it raises my anxiety instead of giving me some rest. Compared to that, GRIS is a breeze of fresh air. So meditative, immersive, and so beautiful.
