They are doing something very important: put serious money behind clean indoor air. That is very good news and there is a high likelyhood this will result in advancements to this neglected field, but I think they could have an even bigger impact with some changes So I wrote a short Essay on it:

On Twitter, I’m suddenly being served incredibly one sided German political content even though until now, in 12 years of using Twitter, German content was more or less invisible to me. This bullshit won’t stop, this machine will be aimed at all democratic elections and the EU will be a huge target

One of the things I’ve grown to miss the most from Germany is our noise laws. People using leaf blowers on a Sunday are a menace and I’d be a single issue voter for any party, no matter how totalitarian, running on banning those monstrosities. Give me my Sonntagsruhe.
