I hate arguements or essays about whether or not games are an art or what will make ppl view them that way. Video games are art. It is a culmination of so many difderent forms and skills. This shouldn't be a debate and I genuinely don't understand why it is.

Actually, blaming capitalism for all of our problems is a cop out, because shifting blame to tools and systems allows people to not be held accountable for their actions and attitudes. It allows us to keep thinking our problems have one easy answer, change the system and the attitudes will change.
