A lot of my music tends to be midtempo and texture heavy because I'm drawn to big sounds that envelop the listener in the sonic space. For me that's a sympathetic construct that can hold big feelings.

My relationship with the corner store is I walk in, the cashier flips me off, I tell him to go drown, we laugh, I get my provisions at discount. Simple as.

Woke up to a friend's mom (therapist) texting me. She knows I'm trans and that my goal was to become a therapist specializing in LGBTQ+ populations. She congratulated me on graduating and asked if I'm practicing/taking clients. I wish I was, but I only just got my bachelor's. There's a real need.

i’ve been thinking of what could even be said about such a tragedy. someone said it best that trans people are “born so late and die so young”. we uproot our lives and transition and live more life than anyone else ever does and society punishes us for it. we deserve better

This setup hasn't changed in months but I only just now realized that I can lay down my own ambient guitar loops to draw to really dang easily.
