I need everyone's opinion on something: When a fic follows the canon timeline, what are your thoughts on some of the scenes being scenes plucked from the show, but with added internal dialogue for the POV character? (also slightly shaved down and condensed.. I just realized I've done this 3 times)

Okay, so I looked up female saints, incase they stick with a theme. Turns out Brigid is the saint of children who's parents are not married AND of travelers. Brigid might actually be a good choice thematically (There's also Agatha and Catherine, who protect against fire, but that's foreshadowing)

Early 2025 I was struggling with inspiration to write,so I asked for prompts. @chellscorner118.bsky.social told me to write GirlDadBuck, or maybe ParentTrapBuddie. I instantly got a scene in my head for an AU that would combine those two ideas. 42k words later and I am FINALLY writing it!😍

Buck was trying to breathe through contractions whilst three boys (7 or 8) kept asking questions about birth and babies. Then my alarm went off
