October has been *a month*. Car MOT, major bathroom leak and plumbing bill, now my boiler has conked and the kids left the freezer door open. Spent all day yesterday throwing away food and blow drying the freezer and also arranging a boiler engineer. How long till November?

I’m in a 6 month long row with Virgin Media and I’m just about ready to smash my head repeatedly against a wall until it cracks and my brains dribble out. I get charged around £50 per month for landline calls. I don’t have a phone plugged into the landline. How hard is that to understand?!
