I finally felt ready to try carnivorous plants, so I bought a few Dionaea seeds. I generally like plants that can do cool things with their leaves, such as raising, lowering, squeezing, folding them, etc, and Dionaea is probably one of the most interesting representatives of such plants.

#TavQOTD Just a few hours ago, I wanted to write something else for this, but now I've just written the perfect answer elsewhere. This snippet of madness sums up Ayumu's amalgamation of bizarre nightmares quite well. CW: cosmic horror? 😅

#TavQOTD Ayumu is a Durge, so she was just in her pod in the colony. Barely lucid, bloodied, banging her forehead against the glass from the inside. Like a rabid, caged creature. At one point, after what felt like ages, the pod's lid broke. She stumbled out, wandered aimlessly, but didn't get far.

#TavQOTD I found the most perfect Ayumu tea 🖤 Ayahuasca tea. A shamanic, psychoactive tea that can cause vivid hallucinations, panic, euphoria and/or nausea. Today was the most colourful day in the last few years. I travelled to Kalmykia to visit my friend, and she took me to meet her family, who are nomadic shepherds known as "Chaban". So today, for the first time in my life, I petted a camel, ate Kalmyk dishes, and spent half a day in a yurt.

Not bad, in my opinion 😅

It was worth fighting with VPN all day long, the stream was as cosy as ever.

Pain acts as an amplifier for her already devastating magic and activates her deeply ingrained 'survive, fight, no matter what'-instincts. It's… terrifying how much pain this little squid can handle and thrive in.

Any topic full of unexplored depths and unanswered questions, really. Ayumu could talk endlessly about it all, but also thoroughly enjoys listening to others' thoughts.

#TavQOTD There's nothing she'd change, not even her most agonizing or humiliating moments. The path to the present Ayumu cherishes so much only exists as this one particular sequence of wounds, choices, events, and memories - painful *and* pleasant. To alter anything would mean losing everything.
