#tavqotd Cynicism, sarcasm and a cynical and/or weird sense of humor. I've never liked playing as soft, sweet characters. ALL of my characters are harsh bitches in one way or another, but Xal surpassed them all because I turned his cynicism and harshness up to the max. And I ended up liking it.

#tavqotd Xal is an excellent lute and esraj player, and he also loves to sing. However, for him, both singing and playing instruments are almost an intimate process, so he does it primarily to release his emotions—both positive and negative—through music.
