Stopped playing Pokemon TCG Pocket for the most part. Couldn’t get over the $23 real dollars for a promo. Couldn’t get over the lack of product for the monthly subscription. “Gotta catch ‘em all” yeah buddy better open your wallet. If I use this account it will be for MTG from now on.

Deck #36: From The Heavens Dragonite has been around, but there are new options as of late. Manaphy coupled with Dawn can force fast Draco Meteor, especially with consistency with PokeComm. Fan Rotom can remove a target, making Draco Meteor more consistent! #PokemonTCGPocket #PTCGPocket #Pokemon

Deck #35: Ape Escape Pesky Leafeon / Irida or Dialga decks pissing you off? One-shot them with Flare Blitz! Infernape EX has no retreat cost and can hide behind Weezing until you Koga it away, nuke, and reset. Usually only needs 2 attacks to win! #PokemonTCGPocket #PTCGPocket #Pokemon

Deck #34: Nurture Nature With only 3 basics and 4 evolutions, Pokemon Communication is essential. Having multiple possible options for passive abilities on your Eeveelutions gives the deck several lines. Just play to your opponent’s weaknesses. #PokemonTCGPocket #PTCGPocket #Pokemon

Deck #31 - Primeval Leeks I’m so happy. My favorite Pokemon is very viable again with Leek Slap doing 40 on turn one (50 with Giovanni) and it beats a lot of things. Hitmonlee is Magikarp insurance, Marshadow is aggro insurance, the deck is very cohesive. Enact PRIMEVAL LAW! #PTCGPocket #Pokemon

Not competing in Smash currently (hand injury), so I’ve spent two weeks getting back into the MTG grind. Esper Aggro feels insane. Hopeless Nightmare is a card I would have personally designed. My list has some tech in it, all of which has performed very well. Back into Top 1500 again! 💪

Deck #30 - BOYFRIEND Use the Chatot mimic to dump a bunch of random cards to improve the statistics of always having Nidoqueen and Nidoking. Nidoqueen does all the work staying at home with the kids while Nidoking goes out and parties. #PokemonTCGPocket #PTCGPocket #Pokemon

Deck #22 - Metal Birds! This is a strong answer to Celebi EX. Heavy Impact + Giovanni one shots anything in the Grass decks except the rogue Venusaur builds. Turn 1 Amass, Turn 2 Evolve into Melmetal. Pidgeot EX is a good backup plan. Make sure you pick the right Pidgeotto! #PTCGPocket #Pokemon

Deck #16 - Not The Bees! The idea here is simple pressure on your opponents early and often. Amounts of energy don’t matter as much so swapping frequently is easy. Beedrill can start whacking for 70 pretty fast, especially if you’re forced to play first. #PokemonTCGPocket #PTCGPocket #Pokemon

Deck #8 - Frogs & Eggs Staying on the Venusaur trend, this is a consistent way to play big Grass🍃 bombs. Exeggutor can take over early with ease, & Venusaur with so much healing backup is nearly indestructible outside of Zard EX decks. No Sabrina or Red Card needed. #PokemonTCGPocket #PTCGPocket

Deck #7 - Blaine Aggro Not unique or complex, but with the Venusaur solo event drop going on, this is the optimal version of Blaine. Magmar is too slow. You’re all-in on early wins from Rapidash & nukes from Ninetales. Retreats are low cost, so X Speed is great. #PokemonTCGPocket #PTCGPocket
