We were honoured to welcome Kara Owen, British Ambassador to Ireland, to Druid Lane last week. As part of her official visit to Galway, Ambassador Owen met with Garry Hynes (Artistic Director), Maureen Kennelly (CEO) and Adrian O'Neill (Chair, Board of Directors) at The Mick Lally Theatre.

Macbeth is back and going on tour! Following sell-out runs in Galway and Dublin, we're over the moon to announce that our five-star production of Macbeth will return next spring for a three-city tour.

We're really honoured that the Department of Drama and Theatre Studies at @uniofgalway.bsky.social is hosting a symposium to mark our 50th anniversary. 'Druid at 50: People, Place & Performance' will take place this Friday, 7 November, on the university campus.
