With the Dems walking out, did they even have a quorum? I wouldn’t think so. Top that off with Grassley’s refusal to act according to parliamentary procedure on Bookers point of order, and this vote should be nullified. I know they won’t do that, but it should be nullified and void.

I saw that exchange between Booker and Grassley, as did many others, and it was appalling what took place. Grassley was so intent on getting this nomination moved that he totally made a mockery of the entire proceeding. It again pointed out the hold that Trump has over these sheeple in Congress.

As someone who was diagnosed with prostate cancer 3 years ago, I know the struggle of coming to grips with this diagnosis. I have survived 3 years post diagnosis and treatment. My prayers are with President Biden and his family as they make this journey. It is devastating but survivable, I know.

Trump seems to think that due process for a deportation hearing is the same as due process as a criminal trial. The difference is that a deportation hearing can last a few hours to a few days. A criminal trial will take months from beginning to end due to it being a criminal trial. Trump knows this.

What invasion, Trump tells us all the time that the southern border is more secure now and that illegal crossings have all but stopped under his leadership. How can we be invaded if the borders are secure. Just another lawless action being considered by this admin.

I told my wife about this comment and she just laughed and said she was glad she wasn’t the only one who felt this way. We got a good laugh out of this.

Today is a great day for me personally. As shown in my bio I am a cancer survivor. Today, April 19, marks my 3rd year of being cancer free. So far all my follow up visits have come back with no trace of cancer. I just wanted to share this bit of good news. Thank you for letting me indulge myself.
