Since im setting full focus to my mental health i abandoned sports nearly completely... I really feel how limited my time is. 40h a week in the office, End of the day and weekend for Illustrations and friends. In-between training my dog.. gosh there is not enough time for everything.

Became a bit quiet. I am currently looking for a therapists and to work up some neglection trauma as well as getting diagnosed for ADHD. My head is pure chaos, lots of appointments and other stuff, next to my regular office job.
