i've kinda let go of journalling because there just isn't anything interesting for me to write about lately... there have been so many days lately where i was like "i just have to write about something for today, anything!" but it just wasn't hitting, it felt a little pointless.

I love character writing because I find PEOPLE fascinating. How circumstances can lead people to walk different paths. How the same event can have different reactions. What can change one's views, beliefs, or nature. I wanna capture that in my work. Anyway I designed this character with a big ass,

An element of traditional roguelikes that Mewgenics wears on its sleeve is drafting new characters for each run, instead of choosing between a few preset characters, or having just a single one for the game, characters that die are gone forever

it's fun drawing and chatting with everyone in these drawpiles, but it's also a lot of fun seeing people and creatures from different friend groups intermingle, it's not as scary to do this in a drawpile session because it's just for a few hours anyways
