Two families moved out of our complex today. Something tells me theres more to the 'isolated' issues at my apartment

"Landlords are people, not leeches" Meanwhile we have been without hot water at our apartment since Wednesday night. Hubby and I had to call off work since we can't shower. Leasing agency "thanks us for our patience" and will get it fixed Monday.

After seeing some recent discourse about fat, and being someone who cares immensely about public health, mental health, and pissing off shitty individuals I encourage you all to interact with this post and the replies below. Share with your friends so we can all learn together.

Week 1 results: Diet commitment: high. Accidentally ate a few bad things here (mostly when eating out) but overall was able to identify and eliminate food triggers. Psych: mental health improvement, especially cutting caffeine back, jas drastically improved my memory, mood stability and energy.

Day 3 Low Fodmap: for breakfast I had dairy-free yogurt with bananas, strawberries, blueberries and dark chocolate granola :3

Day 2 Fodmap Diet: I didn't have time to make my breakfast. I grabbed 2 hard-boiled eggs, some almonds and gouda cheese on my way to class. Today I finished prepping my lunches: Turkey on sourdough with Swiss, mustard and lettuce. Side of corn tortilla chips and red pepper hummus + trail mix.

So, I want to avoid including any identifying details in public, but I am involved in some interpersonal conflicts that have bled out into the local fandom of Denver. This will be a multi-comment explanation of my position on some things:

Day 1 result: rice and chicken with bok choy, carrots, broccoli and red peppers. Meal prepped this for the week
