Like, I would have not come forward here at all if I had any notion that they intended to make up for their mistakes. But not only did they refuse to admit any culpability, they made spurious legal threats and gave zero indication that they would change their policy to ensure no repeats.

As a fellow event runner in the community, I was actually hesitant to come forward, because I didn't want to drag the whole event running community down. I drafted various statements of my own. I was at a loss of what to do. I was really gutted coz I really wanted the show to succeed.

For brevity, I’ll upload individual examples of some of the entirely fake, confirmed-by-solicitor-to-be-an-intimidation-tactic legal nonsense the directors send assault victims to shut them up here. You guys put your name on this so I assume you won’t mind me posting @coreelement.bsky.social :)

Attendee safety should be a primary concern and if you can't say for sure it didn't happen because you don't have "full investigative powers" why are you still insisting it didn't? This is being so terribly handled
