#HorrorWritersChat Depends on the story. My character's internal turmoil may cause hallucinations or alternate ways to see things that are uncomfortable & terrifying. My short stories UNREQUITED & MADNESS IN THE FOREST include waking nightmares and malevolent creatures my MC sees that don't exist.

#WeeknightWriters A3 Part 2 Actually, there is something that brought me joy this past week. For the past 40 years, I'd been looking for a short I saw in college, and I finally found it! It's MESHES OF THE AFTERNOON, available on Youtube. A character has a mirror for a face. Very unsettling short.

#WeeknightWriters A3 Sadly, nothing. I was exhausted and depressed for most of the week, and that ended up turning into a head cold. I'm sick with it now. My husband gives me support which helps, but I have to find a way out of this rut on my own. It's annoying. Editing that novel should help.
