Intense swings of anxiety seem to be calming down now that I’ve taken care of several adulting things that I really should have managed a while ago. Now I’m just mentally exhausted. Hoping to be back to feeling normal soon

I love DnD but I’m having the worst time staying focused on our sessions. It’s gotten to the point that I’ve started sitting out of sessions to recover - I’m pretty sure I’m dealing with burnout. It’s very frustrating.
