My bulking break is over as of today. Holy CRUSHED my long run today Batman! Family is here to celebrate my son’s birthday as well. For some housework and family time then probably into the NG+ in #Starfield #FMRunning

My two week chill phase comes to an end tomorrow. Had a nice run today even with the cold rain and my times are pretty good. Going to head into the summer with consistency and weight loss still won’t and center with running times being a third as the heat will be rough. #FMRunning #Starfield time!

G sang beautifully tonight. He even managed to mostly pay attention and not talk to himself on the risers. I couldn’t be prouder. His old teacher came to see him and his school aid brought her whole family to see him. He’s such a light.

OMG this heatwave is crushing me, my run times are so much slower and I’m literally drenched in sweat.

I did make a running instagram. Made a few posts and got a camera stand so I can make some videos.. maybe.. if I can stand my face and voice.

I finally decided what my new goals are for the next cycle of training.. There are none. I’ve worked really hard for months now and been in famine and exercise mode. Time for a quick two week (this and next) break in feast mode. I’m not going to go crazy eats but no goals. Just consistent workouts

We absolutely crushed today! Got up and put the AC units in the windows as the weather warms with @yavanne.bsky.social help. Then did a run while she got new stuff for the redone bathroom. Got back from my run and did the lawn and edging. Now we can settle in and play games and family time!

Regular Greek yogurt does actually have a flavor.. It’s sadness, it tastes like sadness.

Oh man my shin and calf muscles are ANGRY. Recovery level of effort tomorrow but I’m still proud of myself for running so hard today. I think by this fall I might have an under hour 10K going. I’m gonna chill and enjoy some #Starfeild tonight. I hope you are all well and enjoying a good game!!

I’m having an absolute blast playing #Starfield again. What a fun game this is. It really has such incredible depth and choice. There are a few things I would change but it really does draw me in.

Absolutely smashed my Tempo run today! Massive PR coming in under 10 minute miles for the first time! I’m getting much closer now to my under an hour 10K! I feel like I’ve really built a solid base. Going to post the new months goals soon but I’m feeling great about it, 11 secs faster! #FMRunning

I rarely play a mage, I’m almost always a heart of gold thief or a grizzled veteran who still see the good. I have to play a good guy almost every time. I didn’t mind renegade as much in ME but I was always nice to my crew.

I’ve decided to replay #Starfield it has been a bit and I haven’t played either of the story expacs. Always love a Bethesda adventure, so maybe this will knock my funk out.

Checked out Absolum tonight. Seems like that would be fun with a friend for sure.

Well another four weeks have passed and it’s time to check in on my overall goals!! 1: 28/28 days with an hour 2: Lost more than 8 but it’s clearly slowing 3: 7 runs all under. 4: 6/7 runs under 11 Hit multiple PRs including today, I’m really pleased with my progress! #FMRunning

Absolutely smashed my best time today and came SO close to my goal of an under hour 10K! The rest week did me a lot of good though honestly I’m def feeling it now 🤣 A full 12 seconds faster per mile and I finished the full run.. 2:48 seconds away! #FMRunning

Losing weight is such an odd process.My mind likes to make sense of things by using data and I got into code cause everything makes sense. This makes no sense at all. I get the deficit and all that but you would think it would be a somewhat linear progress if you do everything right. Nope. 1/2

Just feeling like nothing is giving me any sorts of joy or interest right now. I hate when this happens. Hoping it’s just ADHD being an asshole and I can find something to interest me. Diving into work and working out in the meantime. Everything is just so meh right now.
