Today was a run day and it went really well! I shaved 22 seconds off my last PR since running again and was close to 11 minute miles when my goal was to run one under 12. I’ve now got two on week two! Weight is coming down nicely so I think hitting all three goals is in reach! #FMRunning

My wife lives with this nonsense as well. You can’t SEE sickness most of the time people, they just live and struggle with it. Empathy and understanding aren’t hard. Try to be kind when you can, it makes a huge difference.
