Busy Monday all around, but I’ve had a really good couple of weeks working out. BP is mostly normal at the moment and I’ve gotten two 60 minute runs in. I bet you can guess what day my surgery was 🤣 Absolutely gorgeous day out today. Just around 70 and so clear the sky was that amazing blue.

#FatManRunning returns!! I had a really nice brisk walk/jog today. It’s still really cold but I missed seeing the world moving with me so much. I’ve decided my first goal is to get a sustained level of effort over 60 minutes. Nothing fast just a medium effort movement.

My wife told me that people not consuming a consistent diet of literature is why they struggle with empathy & putting themselves in the shoes of others & now I see it in everything. Nothing surprising about this guy beating his chest & proudly proclaiming that he doesn’t read though. No shit man.

Horizon is a really special game. I really hope playground nails the new Fable like they do this.

The slight rain couldn’t stop me from needing to escape the house for exercise today! The paths weren’t quite clear of the snow but I had an amazing long walk. Soon I may even begin to run!

I’m actually enjoying Avatar:FoP quite a bit!! It’s quite cathartic to kill vicious colonizers with brutality and saving a planet from those trying to make a buck off it. Story is very good so far.
