I don’t watch many series, but I’m so glad I was encouraged to watch Andor. Brinn and I binged the whole 2 seasons in a 2 week span. This is some of the best filmmaking and timely storytelling I’ve seen in a long time. Kudos to LucasFilm for telling this story.

The "guy off soundcloud" hired for Expedition 33 was a composer who loved video game music & made a track a week in the music style he liked, and then shared his work on an indie game forum. He built a portfolio & used it to look for work. The exact thing you should do.
