Morning! We have a quieter house this morning after middle child and her partner moved out to a flat share yesterday. They are going to have fun and it’s the next natural period of life. But I will miss them.

Just seen Katherine Ryan and Jack Whitehall in my local. And … you won’t believe this … I didn’t fan-girl over them. That’s proper growth, folks. Proper growth.

My last Sunday at St Mark’s. Couldn’t get to sleep & woke up at 5am. I wasn’t expecting so many emotions to be flying around my head. I’ve loved this place & its people for 7 years. We’ve gone through traumas of covid & the fire together. Now I leave them to rebuild. I need to rebuild too. Please 🙏

No rest day today - I had to prepare and rehearse tomorrow’s wedding. Bride’s family are musicians who will be playing pieces (incl bride!). It’s a tri-lingual wedding and we will be incorporating traditions from Spain. Weddings are always glorious, but I’m really looking forward to this. #CofEPeeps
