Turns out that having a project is good for my mental health. Renovating a room in the attic with my dad is just what I need.

How are some people just mentally healthy?

There's people out there that don't know what depression or an ED is like. I'm happy for these people but how?

I need to stop with the binging like now!

If I ask you when you need it and you say whenever, don't ask me the next day if I've done it. Like just tell me when you need it.

Don't ask me to do something and then do it yourself anyway. Like I got up and was prepared to do the task and you're like I've already done it.
