The number of people who think FOX Broadcast and Fox News are the same thing and carry the same content is much higher than it should be.

There is no lack of access to diverse viewpoints in today’s world. Indeed, it is easier and faster to access them now. And if you want to know what the FCC does, Google is your friend.

Since you limited replies, let’s do it this way. The Fairness Doctrine did not impose an obligation on the consumer to tune in at whatever random time a station decided to air the diverse viewpoints - it merely required they be available. Diverse viewpoints are more readily available now.
