Trump has already announced his intentions to friends and families so they can get their buy or sell orders in.

So, if Trump was unaware of the Signal meeting and its intent (as he admitted), who signed off on the plan to attack another country? No one in that meeting had authority to give the go-ahead for an attack. Everyone in that meeting should be brought up on charges!
