I’m trying to make designs that look good digitally and print well on my SELPHY CP1500. Procreate isn’t native cmyk and the SELPHY is CMY using ink sublimation. I’m still fine tuning. The idea is to create quick turn commissions that give folks tangible art that is easy to ship. Almost dialed in.

In early November my benefits team at work helped overturn my procedure denials. I was scheduled shortly after for nov 25th outpatient surgery. I had #intracept performed. My back procedure was approved. I’m getting Intracept. The current suffering is unreal but soon it will be lessened, or if fate smiles upon me, gone. 4 years of creeping pain and 1 year of hell. I made this to illustrate that suffering. Now I’m deeper in debt, but I’ll have my back again.

Lost 40+lbs since March and all PT has made my mobility worse. Two MRIs in a months span this summer show the L5 S1 going from a bulge to gone. ABCBS of Tennessee denied all appeals. Grievance hearing not until Dec. It takes 10 minutes to get out of bed from pain. Pain pills do not help. (1 of _ )

I am currently dealing with a bad lumbar and heading towards possible permanent paralysis. Insurance/bwc is a nightmare. Lost the will to do most anything. The pain is enormous. I have mustered the will to make my first animation and pixel art. Harder than I thought. Meant to post this weeks ago.

Oh yeeeeah! Time to drink the #koolaid and come look at all my #art ! I was working on expressions and didn’t know want to waste a sketch by dooming it to my #procreate folder of no return, so I ended up giving him arms from his ears and realized he could actually make a great kool-aid man. Lol
