I don't know who needs to see this but it's OK if you're a burden. All humans are. It's part of existing. And you know what? You deserve to take up space. Stop shrinking and minimizing your needs because society has convinced you that having needs is something to be ashamed of.

Update: Going forward the game will focus on the experiences of autistic people as they are at a high risk for suicide and emphasize hope and self-acceptance. I’m brainstorming a name to replace "You Died!" with something that aligns better with this mission. #indiegame #mentalhealth #autism

So my mental health actually gave out during #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek. I was trying my best to spread awareness on top of working on my project full time. I forgot to check in with myself and by Thursday afternoon I was burnt out and exhausted. Remebmer to take care of yourself and take breaks!
