Friday marks 40 years since Joseph Beuys’ passing. He recognized that every human is wounded, & it was imperative to learn how to work from those wounds. If pain was examined & resulted in growth rather than ego, rage & vengeance, the world may be a less excruciating place. Ukaž svou ránu.

We need to stop calling everything an “Epstein distraction.” That’s not reality. This administration does harmful things for real...varied reasons. Right now, a U.S. citizen being shot by ICE in Minneapolis is an urgent crisis that deserves attention. It is clearly the priority.

Trump regime ICE troops murdered a US citizen, a woman in Minneapolis. She was shot point blank in the face according to witnesses. Footage shows her drive away as an ICE trooper shoots into her car window, causing her car to lose control.

Please share here and on other platforms - I typically avoid sharing things like this but the narrative of the Minneapolis ICE shooting that killed a civilian is being twisted. They deem this ‘domestic terrorism.’ The only terrorism I see here is inflicted by ICE.

A dear family friend from Chile, who died in 2019, escaped Pinochet’s regime in the 1980s. The US helped install Pinochet. My friend, who shared with me some of the horrors from that time, made sure to vote in the US & Chile in every single election because he didn’t want history repeating itself.

A butterfly with what appears to be a fingerprint on its lower right wing. It was a detail I didn’t notice until I was editing. Their wings are covered in tiny scales that don’t regenerate when lost, and that can impair their flight. Just a delicate reminder to not touch their wings.

Joseph Beuys got the world’s 2026 malaise right in 1983.
