I have become so accustomed to using New Outlook that whn I run Copilot training for Outlook Classic, I forget where Copilot features are. Or that they aren’t in Classic. Software is changing all the time. If someone like me who is conditioned to changing, can’t keep up, how does everyone else cope?

How often do you open Microsoft Edge and it has forgotten the tabs you have opened? I set my browser to "On start-up, open tabs from the previous session." But frequently now, Edge starts with a blank session and new tab, forgetting my open tabs. I don't get to 'pick up from where I left off.' ☹️
