oh, i vacuumed out my car’s cabin filter and it was SO full of yellow pollen! so if you have a cabin filter, might be a good time to check it if you’re dealing with seasonal allergies

I don’t thiiiiink she’s had the babies yet, but i am not an expert on this. date-wise, she was still winter skinny on March 10th, so with a 32-day gestation period, i think we’re still at least 1-2 days away from groundhog birthdays

weather headache friends: the barometric pressure took a nose-dive since you went to bed last night, so start that hydration 💧 up if you haven’t already (storms start around 5pm-ish) i felt great waking up! now i cannot focus to save my life. turning out to be big brain fog day for me 😭

all it took was seeing Michael J. Fox in the first 5 minutes of Shrinking and now i’m crying. but because of how happy i am that he’s still here, he’s still acting, that the Shrinking casting agents made such a beautiful call in including him, and because he’s still such a goddamn GREAT actor.

my list of shows to watch on PBS Passport is mostly made up of stuff from Walter Presents & they’re all SO good but i can’t do anything else when i watch because they’re all in French. I’m sure my brain 100% needs this respite from constant divided attention, but is also always, always fighting it 😂

felt weird tonight—overly tired, felt like i had a little tachycardia & was trying to figure out what was up. realized i hadn’t eaten almost anything w/salt or potassium in _days_ & it’s been hot so i’m pounding water & iced earl grey. so i drank orange juice & ate some potato chips & i’m great now

oof, this is not going to a fun change for pittsburgh. last year they had to cut Hoopla borrows in half from 10 to 5. Honestly, might be time for libraries to strike & drop Hoopla altogether. i was told 1 Hoopla book cost = 10 Libby books, so Hoopla seems to be a lil’ price-gougey.

just going to write off any expectations of fruit harvest this year. 14 fruit trees, the grapevines, red & black currants, & gooseberries are all just going to have a year off, i guess. i finally invested in a cider press last year, too. i’m ridiculously bummed about it
