I got a flat tire when biking home today and several neighbors offer to help. The one who comes over doesn't want anything in return, says "he has a sudden urge to fix something". Fixes it outside in the cold, comes over with the bike & appologizes that "it took so long". All in 2 hours. Amazing!

There is something really cute and wholesome with commuting by bike in a small municipality, and there is a barometer-sign when you enter the city that says: Cyclists today: 12 Cyclists this year: 824 ❤️ 🥹

My tinnitus has flared up with an extra layer of fluttering-tone since a week back and I have no idea why! It took me years to mentally filter out my tinnitus I got as a teenager, so this sucks :| I'm not as panicked about it like I was with the first round, at least! It's gonna be fine!
