It's taken me way too many years into chasing an art career to finally developing an eye for understanding the 180 rule, mostly thanks to @coelasquid.bsky.social's explanation of it. Now to digest the rest of these!

I thought I'd show how I did the wolf's eye. I wanted it to have similar depth like a real eye at all angles, but stick to my celshaded art style. It's a combination of simple textures and flipped normals + backface culling in the right places. #stylized3dtips
