Welp things calmed down here enough I’ve finished reading book 5 of The Expanse and now I get to vibrate madly while I wait for book 6 to get here. This is where the show stopped so I’m very excited to head into unknown territory

Another update: he’s out of surgery and recovery and back up to his room! Doctor says he’s doing great. I can feel my spine leaving my body lol Being told this probably saved his life, and will fix a lot of what has been ailing him. 💜 been sending everyone’s well wishes to him, thank yall so much

Just an update: he’s going into surgery later today. The doctors all seemed confident and supportive. I’m nervous, stomach in knots, but cautiously optimistic.

Family friends are coming over soon to help me bring my dad to a doctor. Hands are shaking, trying to fight back a panic attack tbh. Thankful for their help because I’m a mess

I’m about 50 pages into Book 5 of the expanse and man… I really do love every character in the series, but Amos is such a fascinating, incredible character. Is this the first time we get his POV chapters?? He’s so good. And terrifying, but I love him deeply.

I listen to a lot of Books on Tape but man, I really love reading actual paper books a lot. Just the bees knees good time. Getting back into The Expanse series and man, they go down like candy. I’m about halfway through book 4, and pumped there’s so much more I still get to read, beyond the show.

I spent so much time cleaning the studio today! It’s looking loads better, but since it’s still raining it’s still cluttered with stuff we wanted out of the rain :( I just need a nice sunny day to clean out and reorganize my shed so I can tuck more stuff away, but hey, it’s still loads better now?

Was at the studio city Trader Joe’s and we spotted Wayne knight on his way out. He got distracted by a fan and accidentally rammed his cart into the auto sliding door and broke it, and the poor guy looked so embarrassed.

I’m still convinced Miller is ace. The way Octavia is constantly making Face at him and he just clears his throat and goes back to talking business? Love a man with a hyperfixation.

Sickness update: fever ended yesterday, felt wrecked, today just tired. That means a good strong 4 days without cold symptoms I should be good for New Year’s. Will still mask in public if only cause I just don’t wanna catch something again haha I lowered my guard and that’s what happens lol.
