Absolutely this! I've had a ridiculously busy August doing Stuff For Other People that involved Interaction With Strangers. Which means I don't have the bandwidth to interact with People I Actually Like. Eleven more days of People Stuff, then I'm free to reset The Brain.

Hospital run for a friend again today - so begins the how long waiting for blood tests this time game!!! Fortunately, it's a quick pin prick test and the hospital is local. Two hour wait the first time, five minutes the second time!
