Had a phone call with concerning news from my gynaecologist, though my case is still being decided upon, including the ultimate diagnosis. Very grateful that a long term HRT dose mixup prompted urgent tests, which ruled out problems from that, but found something else. Thank goodness for the NHS!

Our SNP MP Stephen Gethins is newly elected as the MSP for Dundee East, so we will have a Westminster by election upcoming in our seat. Still to see how regional vote ends up.

My husband is cutting the grass for the first time this year. I doubt it will be cut again before July! We might not be doing No Mow May, but we're doing No Mow Most Other Months. Our garden is a haven for wildlife, especially birds, insects and butterflies, but we've also seen hedgehogs and frogs.
