A Vulcanair P.68 Observer 2 (registration OY-VPE) at 1250'. They were making constant altitude east-west passes over the Forth, Tay and North Sea off the east coast from Eyemouth to Arbroath. Seen as they headed west to Dundee to start the pass east along the Tay. 📷📸🎞️ #planes
