Hi, I'm a wolf who loves hiking, camping, photography, ham radio, and tech. I live in my van, Wolf Van Jack, my den on wheels. I can't draw very good, but I'm trying to learn. I post nature photos, adventures, my attempts at drawing, projects, and other random stuff, all SFW and no politics.

I just walked to my mechanics parking lot, where my den on wheels is right now, to grab my claw trimmer because I broke a claw. My den wasn't there anymore. Must be inside, hopefully getting fixed. My bank account isn't going to be happy.

For once, I actually agree with Steve's advice. Being silly is good for the soul.

My den on wheels is in the shop, and I'm not liking this heat wave. Plus the whole pack is coming over for July 4th and I need to get the yard cleaned up. I can't wait until next week.

I bought my first commissioned art for Metallak, and just got it today. It was done by @crayonheart.art, they did a fantastic job. I'm still working on defining the look, which is tough because I can't draw, but this helps a lot. I love the expression on his face here.

I just found out that during a 3 hour power outage, Fios assigned my service a different IP address. I had the same IP for over two years. This messed up parts of my Ham Radio repeater network. No awooos on parts of it for a few days. All fixed now.

I went to load a tiny memory card into a camera, but my claw slipped off and I launched the card across the den. It took my a few minutes to find it. Those cards fly great!

I just got back to the home camp site. While positioning the den on wheels into place, I lost the brakes. Looks like a line rotted out and it's now spraying brake juice. I can't afford this right now, but it looks like I'm going deeper in debt. Too bad no one pays for awoooos.

When I was a pup, and forced to read books for school, I hated it. But later in life I found some good stories about wolves and really enjoyed them. I was recently reminded about them, which led to me adding this to my collection. I'm looking forward to sitting by a fire pit with this in my paws.
