I've been tinkering around with AI Orchestration and LLMs to help facilitate a solo D&D campaign in an alien world setting. Tools involved are Semantic Kernel, C#, MidJourney, Azure OpenAI, and D&D Beyond with Obsidian to record my journey. It's a lot of fun.

Wrote a bit over 1.5k words tonight, starting and finishing a chapter I'm calling "The NDA". This chapter concludes the first of 6 parts in the book, though I spot a number of things I want to polish and improve in the second draft.

As of last night, I'm 6 chapters and 11.5k words in on the new novel (an AI technothriller). I don't have a firm chapter count or word count in mind for the first draft, but I view myself as just shy of 1/6 of the way through the plot.

I just finished a 3 course specialization on AR and VR through Coursera / University of Michigan. Educational, but not amazing. Still, it expanded my knowledge and confirmed a few assumptions.

Refactoring with C# has now cleared final draft. I've also gotten a sneak peek at their placeholder cover, though the image will change. It is not yet listed on any site.

The final drafts of the last two chapters of Refactoring with C# have been delivered to the publisher. All that's left are the clarifications, proofreads, and minor corrections for things we find prior to publishing.
