Iran is the perfect foil for Trump’s feckless foreign policy. They are not going to accept the early offers, can patiently wait for acceptable offers, and will ridicule him endlessly in brutally effective ways. They are absolutely taking a toll on his mental health.

Taking away one of Americans most sacred rights is incredibly dangerous. Our vote is our voice in the entirety of our governance. Removing it is contemptuous and leaves Americans no other venue for self-determination.

Taking it to court would have given them an opportunity to tear down the plaintiff’s ridiculous claims. I don’t understand ABC. Best thing I ever heard an executive say about lawsuits is, “I pay you guys [attorneys] a lot of money. I’d rather you be in the courtroom than the office.”

We should keep in mind that the court’s ruling effectively negated EVERY vote. Yes, the decision was favorable to the minority, but nonetheless four judges invalidated every Virginian’s vote.
