Interesting. Having gotten back into full swing of being mostly active and loosing weight has had a interesting side effect. Depression is lessened a bunch, but. Without that fog there, I can really feel how much a busy work day fucks me up, like into the next day. Huh.

25 pounds down from 200 consistently for three days so I say that’s stuck. Still getting to either my former weight before depression pizza, or recomp muscle weight vs fat. Face is finally loosing the excess roundness, necks tightening back up. Progress.

Spent the majority (and counting) of my rotational time off period being sicker than I’ve been in a long time, and as per tradition I will be a ok to go right back into work, but for now the fevers down to 99.9 with tylenol from 101.8 (102.9 without for the past 3 days)

If my use in a social sphere is to be the reliable worker when needed, than be the casual to moderate annoyance when not working, than some introspection is needed to why. If I shrink my own self down anymore, I’m going to disappear, and it’s insulting that people I trust are the bad actors.

It’s crazy that to some people, no matter how nice the gesture is, how heartfelt or real it is, they will use what you did as a shit talking point to make themselves look better to friends. If my traditions, hobbies, and interests are so terrible, why be my friend? Punching bag use, me thinks.

Genuinely excited for BF6. I think that’s stemming from friends also excited to get into it and play. I really do hope it recaptures that BF3/4 feel. It certainly captures the old excitement of a midnight release, minus the standing in 50F at a strip mall. Which. I kinda miss as well.

Every now and then I get a good chunk of video games that I’m excited for coming out during the. Idk. Release season? Yotei has been awesome but I’m about to go old school with BF6. The betas all were mostly positive and boy am I ready for those hour long grinds with friends.
