a big handful of great albums that were inspiring to me this past year —

thinking about end of the year stuff and the best experience was Bang on a Can with a good friend, warm day, lots of walking and talking, amazing spectrum of music to hear in one day (Jefre Cantu-Ledesma, Michael Gordon, Philip Glass Ensemble, 75 Dollar Bill, lots more)

fell asleep with the TV on and woke up to something where Richard Kind was playing twins, honestly thought I was losing it

I didn't realize the entirety of Whole Earth magazines is now digitized and available for free which is extremely cool on general principle and just fun to comb through - wholeearth.info

Really means a lot to see this tape out in the world resonating with people. All my music I manage to wrangle together is meaningful to me, but this release in particular is one that sits in a special place for all kinds of reasons. Very cool to see deep listeners like Josh taking it for a spin.
