Yvette Cooper is right, the international community is failing the women of Sudan. The human rights abuses that we have seen in the country are utterly imaginable. There has been a horrendous increase in sexual violence against women including rape and torture.

Great news! We’re getting two further government funded breakfast clubs in Milton Keynes at Moorland Primary School and Falconhurst School! Students will be able to access these regardless of if they receive pupil premium or free school meals funding.

I am shocked and saddened to hear about the devastating accident involving Tiger, a young man from our community who is now fighting for his life in Thailand. My thoughts are with him and his family. Please donate or share the fundraiser if you can.

I have to say the statement is true! I’m glad that The Metro has recognised how much there is to do in our city – we truly are an incredible place to live, play and work. It was great to see mentions of our small businesses such as Bogota Coffee and Canal St.

I know how important seeing development in our health sector is. From conditions such as coeliac disease to dementia and women's health – these are just some areas of health where we need to see further changes to support those facing them.

What a fantastic time spent celebrating poet Robert Burns and Scottish cultural heritage whilst raising money for Willen Hospice! There was incredible music and a real community feel – I'm always proud of the way that we come together in Milton Keynes to celebrate such a range of events.

Today, on the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, we mark Holocaust Remembrance Day. We remember the six million Jewish men, women and children who were murdered by the Nazis. We will remember their lives and their stories. Never forget.

a lot else going on tonight so just worth noting: standing up to Musk was a genuine risk for this govt that took some nerve (US has sanctioned govts in past for blocking twitter/X, a lot else is at stake in relations with US) but looks like it's working and he is backing down.
